Now let me get this straight before I tell you suck. Precision charged me $409.00 to replace two tension springs. Even at top dollar two tension springs top out at $150 - $180 meaning that I was charged approximately $250.00 - $260.00 for labor. It took the gentleman all of fifteen minutes to complete the work and the parts that were used were medium grade at best. Yes, the technician did show up on time, I was given a great time slot, and everyone connected with the job was courteous, but the costs took the smile right off my face. Technician gets five stars, but my overall experience with Precision is barely three stars.

My questions were answered clearly so I knew what to do next. Henry went to work and fixed the broken part, installed new rollers and now my door works! I can get my car out of the garage.
