Precision Door of San Diego installed my garage door in 2008. Noticed the door wasn't closing completely (about a 2 inch gap between the garage floor and the bottom of the door). I called the Company and they were willing to send out a Technician within 4 hours. I wasn't available then, but chose the next day. The Technician arrived on time and was finished within half the time allotted. The repair price was reasonable and he gave me tips to watch for a re-occurrence and recommended part replacement should the problem reoccur. Great service and great advice for a Home Owner.

I am so glad we found Precision Garage Door Service! Thank goodness for Google!! We had a nightmare guy over here before finding Precision and I'm so glad we sent him on his way. Bruce, from Precision,let us know when he was arriving and determined the problem, which matched what we were thinking. Bruce gave us an estimate, presenting several choices. He did the install,told us of a support bracket, which made sense to do in our case. Bruce was professional, informational,efficient and friendly. He was Covid19 compliant, also. I couldn't be happier to have found a reputable long term garage door company, that I know I can trust! It's nice to know who to call when needed.

Tech (Jonathan) was good, knowledgeable, friendly. I am convinced, however, I was WAY overcharged for parts (specifically, the torsion springs at $250 per unit). Will likely not recommend, not will I use the service again.

James Myer came to my garage to find the problem of an old garage door opener that was erratic. He found the problem quickly and gave me two options: replace a part in a 20 + year old machine (which would be a band-aid) or to replace it with a new machine. He made a good argument to replace and had the equipment to do that right away. As he proceed he found other problems that could cause problems and took care of those. I could quickly tell he was a professional. The old heavy garage door opens and closes like a brand new one. James did a great job!

Hi, We are very happy with our new garage door opener. Josh did an outstanding job on it, and was a great guy also! However, I was surprised to see a $59.95 "service call" charge on the bill. We originally called for an estimate, which turned into an installation by Josh. There was never any thought to servicing our old opener, we intended to get a new one all along. The old one was 17 years old. I'm pretty sure this service charge was a mistake, especially when I see that the heading of this e-mail that you sent me says the service was a broken garage door spring repair, and that the product sold was "none". Our spring works fine, and was not the reason we called at all. I would appreciate it if you would look into these charges. Thank you. Bob Bent
