Mario was great and doors seem to be working much better now. Only disappointing thing is that Mario was testing the disengagement cord on one of the doors and it broke when he pulled on it. The line break is so close to the mechanism he could not re-tie it and told me it would require us replacing the entire metal channel. It is a custom length at approximately 11 feet so this would be expensive. I would rather not have to replace it but now we no longer have a working disengagement cord.
