Well Benjamin could not find any fault with the operation of the door but there was a lot of fault this morning when it took me over 5 attempts to get the door to stay open so I could get my car out of the garage and then 10 attempts to finally get the door closed this morning. But....apparently that was an isolated incidence not to de duplicated as Benjamin gave it his all to replicate the issue but to no avail. Benjamin was wonderful and extremely professional and I thank he and Precision of San Diego for their always excellent response time and work.

I got many quotes from companies and they just seemed to be secretive and try to bully me into choosing them or buying more than I needed. Precision was quick to come give a quote and were very informative about pricing and models. They emailed me very detailed quotes so I knew exactly what I would be getting. When I told them I'd still have to price compare and get back to them, they were still very pleasant and wanted to work with me to earn my business. They were very trustworthy, and that means a lot to me when doing business. The technician was able to come the next day and did the install very quickly. He was also super nice and made the experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend!

After getting quotes for repair and replacement from many places, Precision and specifically Josh were so transparent and informative about models and pricing vs the other companies that were secretive and oddly passive aggressive. I told them I'd have to get back to them and price compare and they were not upset about it at all, just very nice and willing to work with me to earn my business. Compared to everyone else I got quotes from, Precision was so trustworthy, I trusted to give my business to them. Josh was able to come back the next day and completed the installation so quickly. Garage door would not close because one of the sensors was not getting power. The technician, Mario, was prompt, pleasant, professional, thorough, and knowledgable. Had the door working in about 20 minutes. Cost was very reasonable. Online booking was very easy. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Mario.
