The track hangers were not parallel to each other, which was causing the rollers to have to slide in and out suddenly with loud metallic thumps. Matt Gisbert very quickly adjusted the track hangers and brackets and lubricated all the rollers. We cycled the door several times so he could ensure that everything was operating correctly. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and I would be pleased to have him come if we ever have another problem.

I called Precision for a garage door that would not go up. Within 2 hours, a Technician was at my door. He introduced himself and inspected the Garage Door Opener. He determined the main springs were broken and many rollers were bad. Matthew offered 4 types of warranty repair. We selected Lifetime Warranty because of the price, and also for the security that our door would work correctly or they would make it right. In less than 2 hours we had a perfectly functioning garage door. Matthew Gilbert was very kind and understanding. Because of him we we convinced we had made a wise decision to have our repair work done by Precision. We are very pleased with Precision and especially the fine work performed by Matthew Gilbert. Very highly recommended.

Jesse was supposed to come out and fix the gasket, if standing outside the garage with the door closed the gasket is how it should be. To the right side it has now been made worst. What he needed to do is remove the screws pull the gasket and re install the the skews so that the gasket sits properly, but what he did (lazy way) he stuffed it with napkins give the illusion that it’s making contact to the floor. The gasket should not be ripped or stuffed for any reason if installed properly (see pictures provided to owner) He was not able to close the gap between the fourth and the fifth panel at eye level. The 1st door installed took so long to receive than initially stated by (precision garage doors) I waited almost 6months for it and it did not have any of these issues. It had minor scratches here and there but no ripped gasket and no gaps inbetween the frames.

Good costumer service over the phone. Fast service!! My garage door got broken yesterday ( a holiday ) at 4:00 PM and We got it fixed today at 8:39 AM!
