Precision Overhead Garage Door Service donated their services to install a garage door for the non-profit organization, Homes for Our Troops. Precision is an amazing company to work with. Mark and Rick are a delight to talk to on the phone. You can tell they both enjoy their jobs. The communication through out the project was excellent including a follow up after the install. I work for a construction company and have dealt with many subs. This company is genuine and I highly recommend them.

During the process of installing a new garage door and opener, they made our experience positive. The customer service department manager, Madeline Kimball was also very helpful and courteous. Mark did a great job getting us all set up for new replacement glass on our garage door. Jesse and Josh came to Install. I appreciated their call to let me know when they were on their way. After saying hello and introducing themselves, they quickly got to work. The new glass panel was installed within one hour. Everything was cleaned up and looked great! Thanks so much!

Install went really well, with good communication. Door looks fabulous. I was disappointed that the garage floor and drivewY are we’re not vacuumed or swept clean. I found many metal shavings, nuts etc on the floor and driveway, so spent about 30-45 minutes doing cleanup. Also, when installing a door with windows, it would be a nice touch to clean the glass before leaving.
