Renting a place with a problematic garage door. A couple panels were sagging and the door wouldn't close using the lift. David came out and diagnosed the repair needing a couple extra struts. Didn't have parts on hand but came back an hour or so later to finish the job .

Hello, your technician came out last week to look at our garage door. He determined the motor and cables needed replacing, and told me the home warranty would cover the motor, but he specifically said they do not cover cable repairs. Therefore, I trusted him and allowed him to do the work on the cable, since it there was a danger issue with the door not being supported. I paid $850+ for this service, don’t have invoice in front of me. Upon calling the hone warranty company, they only allowed us to use a specific garage door company so I didn’t have a choice. They came out yesterday and replaced motors on both garage doors… AND they replaced the cable on that other door as well, which also snapped in half over the weekend. They said the home warranty DOES cover the cables! I am very upset about the enormous amount of money I spent trusting your technician to give me an evaluation. I would feel I should be reimbursed, minus paying for the service call. This would literally have been free of charge thru the home warranty and your company led me to believe this was dangerous and needed fixing asap, as it wouldn’t be covered anyway. That’s why I told him to go ahead. I look forward tp hearing back from someone on this matter, thank you. Marcy Sherman

Garage door would not open and the diagnosis was that the opener board was bad. Installed a new opener the next day and all working great. Henry was on-time, communicated options and instructed me on how to operate the new opener. Overall experience was great.

Not broken spring, door panels appear to be coming unglued and causes door not to close. Benjamin started he had never seen that before but was not repairable. He gave me three quotes on new doors & openers so I could later discuss with my husband. He was not knowledgeable about this particular problem, but was overall informative on estimates and very courteous. I am however confused and somewhat unhappy that he took four or five pictures of my garage and contents.some picture seemed to be looking straight to back of garage and not even anything to do with door. We are obtaining other quotes for comparison. Thank you for prompt response on my non emergency call. We will be in touch.

Josh arrived early within his time window, and was very helpful. Our garage door needs to be replaced, and Josh helped me in choosing a design as well as addressing the uneven slope issues with our garage apron. Josh said we would receive our estimate on Tuesday.
