This vender did a bait and switch routine and did not honor the quote in 21 days. We chose on the 24th day from other vendors who guaranteed 30 days on their quote. Precision garage door San Diego was not the least expensive bid. Unlike the other garage door vendors, precision garage door San Diego did not offer a full unconditional lean waiver and release document to protect me and my property. I do not recommend using precision garage door San Diego because of their practice and there are so many other vendors to choose from.

David is very professional and courteous. He arrived on time, inspected the door and besides a good 'tune up' gave me some options on products that would make the enhance the door's operation. Battery pack, heavy duty opening bar and a plug serge protecter - I agreed to all of them. David checked the batteries in the key pad and showed me how to do that task in the future. Before he left David checked my car 'clicker' which I appreciated. The garage door is opening much more smoothly and quietly since he worked on it. 5 star experience.

Nothing wrong with Henry the Tech. But the price was way to high for 30 min of work. We called this company again because of good service and cost friendly. $375 and didn’t replace any parts. Ridiculous. Won’t use again
