I rarely take the time to leave reviews but I had to say how impressed I was with how fast Precision sent someone to help me with my broken spring- same day!!! thank goodness I paid more for the upgraded lifetime warranty springs bc they honored their lifetime warranty and replaced both springs free of charge with no labor cost either and no hassle whatsoever. I am very impressed with the service guy Josh they sent out. Wow talk about someone who know is extremely knowledgeable about garage doors! He answered all my annoying questions and was so patient , friendly and kind. Precision is not the cheapest but they are worth every penny bc they have quality service guys like Josh!
