Our tech Greg was great. He came out the first time to talk with just me about new garage doors. Very impressed with his knowledge of the products. He came back a second time on a weekend to further explain a couple of options my husband wanted to hear about. After that visit, Greg emailed us a new estimate of the garage doors we choose with his help. We are going to purchase these garage doors!

The service was quick and the door now works properly. The cost seemed high for the service. The technician gave me an estimate but I did not get a copy of the final invoice or email invoice as stated after I paid by credit card. I was disappointed that the same spring that Precision repaired in 2018 broke again, and that the technician did not seem to be able to tell me the work done previously (replacing rollers and other parts) and instead offered to replace them again at a significant cost. Probably would not recommend Precision to others.

Jon Topping did the job. He did an excellent job He changed 10 roller bearings. Install a Strut and changed 5 sectional hinges to reinforce the garage door. The door is working ok. Thanks for the service it was 5 Star

They arrived early and finished the installation in 3 1/2 hours. Works and looks great. They attached my Genie automatic opener that I received for my birthday and Christmas. Very satisfied with the service, and I expect it to last a very long time.
