The appointment was scheduled for 10am, Jonathan called and asked to come by a little earlier which was fine. We discussed different openers, Jonathan pointed out the model that was the best fit for my garage. Initially I was worried about the battery backup because I like to turn the power off when I'm home or on vacation. Fortunately, the Synergy 370 has a lock button that resolved the issue. The previous opener had been installed for over 24 years, so Jonathan suggested replacing the door rollers as well. The new opener operates very quietly and so far I am satisfied the product. Jonathan did an excellent job and completed the work in less than an hour.

He was on time, and completed the job quickly and efficiently and gave me step-by-step instructions on how to operate the mechanism and reset it. He also had a pleasant and very helpful manner that I very much appreciated, so I will definitely use this company again for tune ups and any problems that might arise in the future.
