Matthew was very polite and professional. He inspected the door, explained my options and gave me information/quotes as I requested them. He explained the benefits of replacing more of the door than just the springs, but he was not trying to upsell me or pressuring me to purchase more than was needed to simply restore the door to operation. Once my decision was made, he worked quickly and efficiently. He lubricated the other components of the door and it now operates more quietly than before. My garage door torque rod and spring were getting stiff and my old motor was going out. Matthew Gisbert from Precision notified me before coming, arrived on time, and gave me several quotes for several different products and configurations. He was never pushy with anything and was very respectful. When I finally chose an option, he went to work right away and finished the big job in under 2 hours. Lifetime warranty and everything— overall happy that I went with Precision and grateful for Matt’s professionalism.

Ariel was my installer and was fantastic. He displayed a tremendous work effort and worked tirelessly on a challenging, low clearance install. A second day of service was needed to complete the install and I was Originally told it would be 2 days until someone was out. They expedited and made it back the very next day. Utmost of concern with my happiness with the product. The original salesman Cameron came out to help finish the install as well. 10 star review for these individuals and the company. (They also beat everyone’s prices hands down !)
