Matthew was very polite and professional. He inspected the door, explained my options and gave me information/quotes as I requested them. He explained the benefits of replacing more of the door than just the springs, but he was not trying to upsell me or pressuring me to purchase more than was needed to simply restore the door to operation. Once my decision was made, he worked quickly and efficiently. He lubricated the other components of the door and it now operates more quietly than before. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend Matthew and Precision Garage Door Service of San Diego to others.

Mark was excellent in explaining what needed to be done and why. We explained we needed to shop around and he was understanding for us seniors on a limited income. We eventually determined that Precision was the best value for the reasons Mark provided us earlier. We were contacted several days beforehand when the doors would be installed and Jesse, the installer, was terrific. He made sure we were comfortable with the process and gave us all the information we needed for operating our new doors. Overall it was truly a 5-star experience.
