Love Precision Door!! Great service. I certainly did my homework of getting my new garage door through the Costco program versus Precision Door and definitely Precision Door gave me a better experience, service and price on my garage door and door opener. I loved working with Mark Davidson, he was able to answer all my questions, so I was comfortable with my choice. He even came in the pouring rain because I had a question regarding the location where to install the power source for my wall mount garage door opener, so I could coordinate with the electrician. The technician Hollis Durland was great as well!! He is very skilled in installing the side mount opener which is not an easy task. He was quick and worked tirelessly! Jonathan Topping, from Precision was on time for the appointment, spotted one issue immediately (misalignment of the beam that, if interrupted, stops the door) and fixed it and then pointed out an area of the arm that actually lifts the garage door that was starting to bend. He had a part with him that is designed to strengthen that area to prevent future failure. He was courteous and professional in every respect. Did his work efficiently and had everything working perfectly within a reasonable amount of time.

The guy I spoke to came over and did a garage really nice man very knowledgeable and very aware on what needs to be done about the repairs in the garage work more efficient,, Maddie I spoke to the first time is really nice the second person that in my work order is not so nice. Thank you Maddie. If you get this that was the first lady that I spoke to I called back three times I got a different person every time.
