Having my garage door serviced on New Years Eve was a miracle !! Ariel was very personable, polite and efficient. The whole process was friendly and professional. If anything happens to my garage door again I'm calling Precision.

Ariel is the man! He came out on New Year’s Eve within 24 hours of us calling. Our garage door was stuck and he quickly fixed it. He even made it run quieter which was a nice added bonus. Very polite and professional service. Would highly recommend!

I arrived at my home in Encinitas late Friday afternoon before a holiday to a broken garage door that someone had run into. it was completely off the tracks and looked hopeless to me. With the holiday I never expected it to get fixed that weekend. However on Sunday morning Arielle from Precision Door arrived bright and early, on New Year's Eve morning! He was so thorough, efficient, professional and gave me several options to approach the repairs needed. Once we decided on the repair to be done, he completed everything quickly and efficiently. I'm so grateful for Arielle and Precision Door for providing such great service!! Thanks so much for starting the new year off right...

This is the 2nd time that I have used Precision Door Service. Jonathan came out 3 years ago to repairs some others issues on the garage, and he responded today for service call. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable about garage doors. He remembered the last time he was at the house, which was very nice touch. He was very efficient. It was very nice that he had all the parts on the truck and he was very efficient. I would recommend them highly. Appreciate the quick service!

We hired precision today to fix a problem with our garage door not opening or closing properly. We had about 3 other contractors come out to "fix" it, but the issue kept coming back. Ariel Zamora was the technician who came out from Precision and completely fixed it. Ariel was so professional and very nice. Precision is great and can't speak more highly of Ariel too!

Ariel was one of the garage installers in Dec 2022. After a power outage in Sept 2023 he came to fix a malfunction. He arrived several hours earlier than scheduled, and fixed the issue. It was great for him to examine his handy work and looked over what he did nine months ago. He was as pleased with the install as I am. Understand, the quality and durability of these doors do come with sensitive circuitry, but with easy work-arounds, A+ customer service (operators to technicians), and lifetime warranty. Woohoo....
