Ariel with Precision garage doors came out and assessed the problem with my garage door motor. It was 20 years old. He replaced it and now it's so quiet and nice. He was very professional, was up front about costs and didn't try to oversell anything. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to come out.

Alec came to install my beautiful brand new garage door this week. He did excellent work and was very pleasant to work with. He worked in the extreme heat and without complaint. I am very pleased with the outcome. I have already had friends ask who installed my door and I have not hesitated to highly recommend Alec at Precision.

Jon Topping was able to make the same day service call a couple hours earlier than originally scheduled which worked well for me. Had a broken spring so the garage door was useless and really glad Jon showed up in a few hours of my original call. Super friendly and explained everything in detail. I also liked he gave different price point and warranty options. Another happy Precision Door customer.

Precision Garage door is great, It is really a 5 stars company. I had my garage door installed over a year ago, and we are very happy with it. Mark was the sales representative who was very nice and professional. And today I have the garage door inspected by Josh, he is great, so helpful and did a great job. These guys rock. Same day appointment and super quick installation. Jon Topping was super courteous and mindful of our dogs, even soft knocking on the door to keep them calm and unaware anything was being fixed. A+ guys, you’ve got my recommendation.
