I couldn't be more pleased with the service performed by technician, John, today. To begin, he notified me when he was on his was and the approximate time of his arrival. Upon his arrival he introduced himself and thoroughly told me of the inspection he was going to perform prior to discussing my options. Upon completion of the inspection he reviewed the items which were in need of repair and the resultant cost options. With the amount of work to be performed I expected a day long requirement. To my surprise, he told me the completion would take far rless than I anticipated. John worked methodically to perform all the required tasks and upon completion took me on an item item review of the work he had performed. And, to my surprise, the work was completed in about an hour. I firmly believe you have an exemplary employee and a great representative of your company in John. And, of greater importance to me, a gratefulness that I found your listing on the web and had the rewarding experience of having John as my technician. Be assured, I will recommend your company and John to all my friends and neighbors. Btw - I see the name Logan Huefner in the Tech section and could not remove it. my tech was Jonathan Topping.

Our garage door came down on a bicycle which derailed it and bent the tracks. Of the 3 estimates Precision Garage Door was the only one to tell us that the tracks were not destroyed and could be salvaged. Thank you Josh for the honesty and professionalism. Josh was fantastic. He showed up on time (and called ahead to let me know when he was planning to arrive.). He did a thorough inspection of the garage door and made some suggestions for ways that I could extend the life of the garage door. He replaced the springs and a few other parts. All within an hour.
