Josh arrived on time and with a smile. I called about an emergency rope that disintegrated and he came to fix it. He fixed it and also helped me with a damaged door that was sagging and also added a state of the art Wi-Fi device that lets me open and close the door from my mobile phone. Josh did not have a strut so clue called John who was near by and John promptly delivered the strut and also assisted with programming then Wi-Fi device and got it working. Josh also helped reposition the sensors so they would not get bumped and need frequent adjustment. These guys did a great job and hit a home run with a super job. I was unhappy that the rope broke and these guys came and made it all better! Thanks guys! I appreciate ya!

I was having problems with my garage door going up and down. The remote that I had I never really liked it. And I didn’t want to stay inside with the garage door going up and down so I put in a call to iPrecision Door Service and they had someone out to my house in less than an hour. The young man that came out was Mario Guzman he was very professional and new what he was doing. He also made some suggestions to me so I decided to have him take care of everything while he was here. One reason that I stay with this company is because they have some of the best customer service. IfI am spending my money customer service is one of the first things I look for. We bought our garage from precision door a few years ago. We were happy with the purchase, and have had no problems since. However our house is under construction and our electrical outlet was cut and tripped the circuit to the garage. So we couldn’t get in. we called precision, and they sent someone to help us right away. Pedro and Josh showed up and were fantastic! They were able to solve our issue in a timely manner. Pedro was thorough, and professional from start to finish.

Pedro worked very professional and explained and repaired the damage of my garage door. Worked in a timely fashioned and clean up afterward making sure garage floor clean and clear of anything that could damage car tire. However appointment time was changed making it a lost day for me. From early morning to late evening. Expensive for me , too.
