David was very knowledgeable and suggested we replace the vinyl around our garage door as it was sticking to the door and causing it to not go down smooth. We mainly just wanted a wireless keypad installed but were having the other issue so had them both done. He also pointed out our spring should be replaced in the future, as it seems the wrong size was installed by another company a year and 1/2 ago and seems to be putting some tension on the bracket. Install and repair of the vinyl was done in a timely manner. Would be happy to recommend him to someone else in the future. Thanks, colleen choquette

Logan is very professional. He is efficient and having examined the door to get an overview of the operating conditions of the garage door and operator, he proceeded to rectify the defect which affected the door operation. The work involves the installation of an operator bracket. I am most pleased that he does not attempt to sell unwanted services (scare tactic sale) as some outfits tried to do. On the whole, I am pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and honesty exhibited by Logan. He has all the attributes of an exemplary employee, representing the company well to the consumer market. This is just the GREATEST company EVER! We had a warranty issue with one of our newly installed openers. Justin gave us a call and had us go through enough steps to get the door closed and secured for the night. He was there bright and early to see what may have happened. He checked the opener thoroughly before deciding to replace it with a new opener. In a few hours we were back in business! He even took the time to reprogram our openers. Everything works GREAT. Boy are your estimates and charges off the charts. The markup for equipment, really? Or a quoted fix repair for $200+ on a $6.75 part. $59 fee all i received was a group of estimates and a tech who wanted me to just accept your prices without getting estimates from others. No inspection was done other than to tell me chances are a broken part and tgat my motor would fail.
