So far so good. Looks great. I am bummed that the glass is clear. It is what was ordered, but we never talked about it, and it looks awful. Is there any way to switch it out? My fault. I'll have to cover with stick on frosted glass from Lowe's. Otherwise, I'm sure it will be fine. We were told to lubricate every 6 months, but not told with what product. Does it matter? I'll get that on the calendar...

I have a garage door vendor for the past 13yrs, however I have had a good experience with Precision for a house of mine in Palm Springs a few years ago. I am hoping that your pricing is competitive as I have a real estate agency here in North Park San Diego. If so, I plan to pursue you folks with all my other client & investor renovation projects whom all mostly will need a new garage door and motor.
