Had Hollis come by today to finish installing the seal trim on both doors. It looks great, and he did a fantastic job even with the challenging stucco framing that required special procedure. I took pictures of the final products and emailed them to Rebecca and Mark - they can use these on your website if needed. My renters moved out and did not return the automatic door opener remotes. Technician responded immediately. There was not a generic remote for my opener but he suggested a solution of adding another receiver. I chose not to add the receiver, but the technician was able to assist me with changing the PIN on the key pad at least ensuring the renters could not access the space.

Our garage door actually jumped off the roller tracks and collapsed on Super Bowl Sunday. Justin Brown showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled, we got the door stood back up in the opening and Justin proceeded to repair it. He replaced the rollers, bearing, springs and re-aligned the door in about an hour. Justin provided great service on a Sunday and really saved the day. Thank you Justin, and Precision.
