Previous service in last June was not reliable to me. Door was not closed completely and not smooth operation, and finnally garage door made problem again. I just had a new garage door installed for my home from Precision Door Service, San Diego, It was a great experience from start to finish. Their Field Manager Mark Davidson was easy to work with and very thorough in explaining the various options. COVID did have some impact on the selection and delivery time frames, but I was able to find what I needed. The Installer Hollis Durland, showed up in the allotted time and was very efficient with the installation and explaining the working features. Both were very conscientious with the COVID protocols and couldn’t be nicer. The whole process was easy, I am completely satisfied with the end result. I never knew garage doors could be so quiet!
