We were having problems with our garage door opening and closing. We contacted Precision Garage Door for assistance. Their technician, Javy Chavez, conducted an inspection and advised us of problems we had. His explanation was clear, complete, and very courteous. It was obvious that his technical knowledge is excellent. He offered us a number of options, carefully explaining each possible choice. He clearly reviewed expenses involved with each option. After we made our choice, he proceeded to skillfully implement the repairs/replacements resulting in garage door operations that fully met our expectations.

What also sold me was the lifetime warranty, 24/7 customer service and emergency services. I live in an HOA and every detail matters. Especially paint color! Precision is able to custom paint my door to match the trim of my house. I had other vendors offer me less for the same price that Precision quoted me. I highly recommend this company!
