I’m impressed with the process of insuring time of meeting. Over phone I was told there is a service quote opening same day between 12:00 and 4:00 and that the technician would call to give a heads-up of 1/2 hour prior to arrival. This is huge to me knowing when a technician is going to show up. It wastes nobody’s time! The technician was straight forward diagnosing the damage and provided options in tier pricing. The work was done in approximately one hour and a half. I’ll be recommending this outfit.
