Fantastic service! Called Precision when my garage door would not open, and within 40 minutes Mario arrived at the house. He provided multiple options to replace the broken springs as well as other parts that were wearing out after 21 years. He had everything that was needed in the van, and he replaced the parts in just over an hour. Mario is great! He's super friendly, explained what should be replaced and what didn't need to be replaced, and was careful moving his things through the house to get into the garage. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I ordered a new product to upgrade my garage doors called GarageSkins. The product was a wood veneer that covers the doors but that also made the 2 car garage door too heavy for the springs and Mario came out and replaced the springs in short order. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several options before we chose what to do. While he was there, I also upgraded the spring, cables and hardware on my 1 car garage that was old, corroded and showing its age. He also put in a new key pad and remote for the 1 car garage that had been nonfunctional for a couple years. Mario was prompt, finished the job in short order and everything is working perfectly again. I recommend giving Mario and Precision a call if you have issues with any of your garage doors.

We just had our garage door installed yesterday and I have to say this was one of the easiest , seamless projects ive ever done. From the initial consult up to installation these guys were amazing. I feel like companies that give predatory pricing and bad faith estimates don't often get reviewed and that's not fair. Let me tell you my experience. I had my spring system go out above my garage door, and it was an internal system, something called a torque master that is unique to one maker of garage doors normally installed in track housing. The technician who came out (and to be fair everyone else who looked at the problem) recommended that I do a conversion to a standard spring system. However, the quote from Precision was for $2,500. I received no other quotes from any other bidders over $1500 and the best bid I received and took was for $600. The replacement took 1 hour of work. Now, you might be saying to yourself, perhaps the work I received was of lesser quality, but the estimate Precision emailed me literally has the receipts of how aggressively they attempt to rip you off if you don't look into things before signing on the spot. On the estimate they want to charge $389.95 for a 8' torsion cable, that is a $10-$20 part no matter how premium of a part you look for any manufacturer online. They charge $249.95 for a 16' torsion tube, I can not possibly find one for more than $50 and my contractor who did the install said he buys his in bulk for $15 each. I am able to find kits online and at home improvement stores, that contain almost every part listed in the quote Precision gave me, for $300 or less. Shop around.

I made an appointment online. They came out the next day. The technician inspected the door and gave me four options. The first was replacing the broken spring and also the cable. The other quotes were for items that were worn but still usable. There were no “upgrades” or other extraneous costs or fees. The only extra that was not expected was a 2% credit card charge. Everything was repaired as expected. The door now works smoother and quieter than ever.
