I still can’t figure out why you charge twice for the service fee. You had already found the problem on the first day. You missed the appointment to install on the second day and where late on the day the job was done. The tech was fine and did a good job but the 2 time service fee seems excessive.

Justin our technician did a excellent job on our garage door. It was very challenging for him as our garage door is an old wood 8'x10' door. The door would not stay up at all. had to prop it up. He installed new springs and made the proper adjustments and the door works fine. We also had a new garage opener (Precision Synergy 3708 belt drive)installed. It works great, very quite!! Glides very smooth. Justin was very friendly, polite and was wearing a mask. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. I would recommend Precision and Justin to family and friends. Thanks Justin, Anthony & Laurie
