After calling for an appointment, the tech, Matthew, arrived two hours later. After an assessment, he found the problem and solution. He then evaluated the entire door system. I was told what needed to be done to make the door functional. He the noted the problems in my 22 year old system. The options, costs and priorities were discussed. There was no pressure allied by the tech. I selected the course of action. The work was completed in about an hour. I was very satisfied with the work, results and feeling that all things had been completed quite satisfactory.

I was notified that tech was enroute and he arrived promptly. He explained what was needed in layman’s terms and then preformed service.. He was dressed professionally and introduced himself. Followed COVID protocols as advertised.

Matthew arrived timely and expeditiously assessed the problem which presented as a horribly squeaky garage door. It simply needed to be properly lubricated which he did. He noticed that the door was built to have an electronic dead bolt installed and offered to get the part and install it. He came back as promised the following day and quickly installed the security device.

Seems when they installed the new opener the tech did not install new wires from the opener to the sensors. Henry installed new wire and fixed it.
