Hello, I just had my new garage door installed. Hollis and his partner did a great job installing the door and explaining everything. However, upon inspection of my new door I noticed quite a few scratches in few places. I don't think the scratches occurred during installation, but perhaps during packaging or delivery. The crew was attentive and committed even though they arrived at least two hours early. The door opener seems to be of good quality and responsive unlike the one it replaced. The door came off its rail soon after the crew left and in order to close the door I had to realign and close the rail for it to operate and close properly.The door now does not close completely on both sides despite repeated cycles. A simple readjustment should do the trick. As with most new stuff things can go awry and I will call on Monday. Thank you. Sean

Great response from this company on a homeowner- caused problem. I tried to reprogram the opener myself, messed it up and the Operations Manager, Russ, worked diligently over the phone to help. Ultimately, the issue was beyond what we could do on the phine so he an appointment for Gabriel to come over the next day and he diagnosed and fixed the issue in a few minutes. Great Service! Dana

We can highly recommend Precision Door Service. Gabriel came out for a repair and he also found the wire on both sides of the garage door were fraying. He was very safety concerned and cautioned us on use until they could be replace. I expected it could take longer to get the ordered wires in, it didn't. Gabriel called us and schedule an install appointment. Gabriel was awesome & knowledgeable.
