Bruce called about 30 minutes before he arrived... when he got here; he quickly assessed the problem and did an overall check of the entire garage door. In addition to the broken spring; he noticed that my rollers also need replacing and gave a full explanation as to why they should be replaced. He was clearly very knowledgeable and completed all work in under an hour. Your company is highly rated in Yelp and I can see why. It’s great customer service, with outstanding work that keeps customers for life. I will definitely plan to use your company again for any future garage door related work. Keep up the good work! I think your survey should include multiple choices for services and products if I had both a garage door opener and a door installed.
