Salesman was great as were the two installers who were on time and very efficient. They were sure to go over the function a little as well as explaining the options for where things could be installed (remote light, keypads, etc). Very pleased with the products (aluminum CHI door and 850w lift-master) and the service from sales to install was top notch. On the other hand, the hold music/jingle that you guys recorded for your corporate call center might be the most obnoxious thing ever, and had I heard it before ordering the door I honestly probably would have shopped around - it’s really that bad. Otherwise I can’t complain.

Feel like I was lied to and sold products at prices that are criminal for rollers. Also just wanted the opener gear replaced but was told he couldn't do it after saying he could. No fixed pricing schedule results is overcharging customers that don't know better.

Jonathan is really knowledgeable guy. He figured out the problem and fixed pretty quick. Explained what needs to be done. Offered 3 different ways how to do it, how long it will take each of them, cost and warranties of the company he represent. After I accepted his suggestions he started work and I realized how good he knows his job. It was really pleasure to deal with company (Door got broken around 5PM, I called to the company and at 6:15 he was at my house and at 7:30 he was gone. Garage door works like new.)
