We had our garage doors replaced, a double and a single, plus a new opener for the double. At first there was only one guy, but luckily, they Sent a second guy work on this, so they were done by 4:30 or so. Clean up was pretty good and the doors look great. They have to stop in with the window inserts and a surge protector, which were not in, but trust they will be installed soon.

Greg was super friendly and informative! He gave us a lot of choices as well as different color options. Greg also take his time with my husband and I and explaining the different products and how the insulation would be like if we happen to go with his company. Not to mention he also said that if we went with his company and that the waiting period to the COVID 19 The waiting period would be 5 to 8 weeks and that because our garage door isn’t currently working due to the broken spring he said that the company would fix our spraying temporarily while our new garage door was on order. Greg was great!

The tech knew exactly what he was doing and was also very careful considering the times we are in right now. After a quick assessment to figure out the problem he took care of it in a timely and very efficient manner and left only after checking repeatedly that everything worked as it should. Gave me a couple of pointers and recommendations for what regards maintenance and then left like he was never there. Oh and the best part is that the appointment was scheduled between 4 and 6 in the afternoon, he called me before that to see if I were home and after it was all said and done it was 3:45pm. Highly recommended.

Jonathan was very detailed when he provided the explanations of the issue at hand. He was given the ok to proceed with the repair and he completed the job in a very professional way. He made the appropriate maintenance recommendations. At the end of the job he left the garage area clean. He went over the entire installation and the new features of the garage motor belt driven installed and remote controllers provided. While he was doing the job he was training a new employee and I observed that he was a great coach. Thank you Jonathan for the great service provided.

My service technician was James Myer. He was great to work with and very interested in getting me set with the correct unit. I give five stars for the work that he did today. It is hard for me to believe that I could get someone to come out a day after I called and then to install the unit on the same trip. I really appreciate the promptness and will call Precision again in one to two years when I am ready for a new door.
