Jesse was very professional. Called letting me know he could be an hour early to start the installation process if that worked for me. Got right to work and had the door installed in about 2 hrs. Walked me through all the functions of the door and made sure all my questions were answered. I could not be more happy with the installation process.

I still can’t figure out why you charge twice for the service fee. You had already found the problem on the first day. You missed the appointment to install on the second day and where late on the day the job was done. The tech was fine and did a good job but the 2 time service fee seems excessive.
