Wasn't even kissed! He did an OK job but at twice the price of what it should have been. I Knew it at the time but was just to stressed to deal with anyone else and just wanted it fixed. They did respond fast and for over 11 hundred dollars were done within an hour. They requested this review so I am responding. OK JOB. Extremely expensive and overpriced. Google 2020 automatic Garage door installation costs and see for yourself. Maximum cost on several websites for California was $638.00. National average about 400 and change. My own fault. Nobody held a gun to my head. I could have paid him the 60 dollar service call for driving down the street less then two miles to look at the problem and sent him on his way and called someone else. As a 100% combat service connected disabled Vietnam Veteran without my caregiver present to normally and routinely handle these matters I gambled I wouldn't be ripped off. Snake eyes. YOU LOSE! Gee Precision "Thank You For Your Service"

My parents are elderly. As the oldest child, I try as much as I can I help to protect them from unscrupulous businesses and unnecessary bills. They just now called me and told me that they had their garage door "fixed". I was not really sure that it even needing fixing. I use their garage door all the time. I had my wife contact Precision and ask a manager to call me.They told me that the manager was not in and that they did not know when Larry would be back. Larry called me 7 minutes later. I verbalized the questions that I had about the amount charged. He went through the bill and explained it to me line by line. He went above and beyond to let me know what the bill entailed. My parents were not able to articulate to me what the charges were for and why the total was so high. I cannot begin to tell you how refreshing it is to have this kind of customer service and care. Larry and I laughed about it and he told me that he too had elderly parents and that he understood what I was feeling. I HIGHLY recommend this business for the integrity and honesty. Thank you so much for the call today. It is no wonder why your reviews are so positive.

My garage door failed to work properly. Dustin came out and repaired the door, installed a battery and new updated rollers. It failed the next day. He came again and decided he needed to involve the general manager, Larry. Larry personally came out, checked everything, found a crossed wire and a couple of bad splices. We thought it was possibly military interference. But, was going to come out with a new logic board and make sure to fix the problem. Rick came out checked things out and realized he did not have the correct part on his truck. He schedule an appointment for the next day, at my convenience. Rick and another repairman, ( sorry, can’t remember the name), I stalled the new part and also found an internal wire that was broken. The whole team has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone was on time and called to let me know their ETA. Great team, friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Precision.
