James was the absolute best. We called at 11am on a Sunday thinking we'd get an appointment within a few weeks, but James was finishing up the whole job by 2pm. We had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service San Diego from start to finish. Our garage door spring broke, leaving our cars trapped inside. After reviewing a few repair places online, we made an appointment for a service call for that same afternoon between 4-6pm. Our technician, Mario, called and was able to get here even earlier, which was terrific. Mario was extremely professional, thoroughly reviewing the garage door, providing several estimates and explaining the different options to us. We decided to have the repairs done and Mario had everything he needed in his truck, so he got right to work. He was very knowledgeable, personable and was able to get the garage door fixed quickly! We would highly recommend the company and especially Mario!
