Mario did a great job. He did a very comprehensive exam of my garage door to figure out why it would not close. He explained each step he was taking as he examined the door sensors, the track, the springs and the motor. He presented me with two options— one a short term fix and the other a complete upgrade. I opted for the complete upgrade. He walked me through what steps he was taking and thoroughly explained why the door would not close. After two hours of work my door closed but more than that it closed without making a lot of noise. Mario did an excellent job and I feel lucky to have him as my technician. I am VERY pleased with his service. A+

My experience with this company was outstanding. The telephone receptionist was pleasant, cheerful and service-oriented. The technician, Josh, was superb. He was polite, informative, and highly-skilled. He replaced my 17 year old garage door motor, along with keypads, etc., with ease. He loosened up the springs which were wound pretty tight after long use. He programmed the interior auto remote buttons, too. Can’t compliment him enough. Finally, it is notable that Precision Garage Door Company filed the warranty right upon installation. Lifetime motor warranty, too.

Our garage door stopped working again after 3 months since them had repaired it The original tech Mario was off sick so when I was offered another tech I asked for a supervisor to come out James Myer, field manager came out and got it running again despite it’s 19 years !! To my amazement he declined to charge me which is so unusual these days
