James was thorough and his work was completed in a timely manner with high quality. He repaired the door rollers, replaced a set of hinges, adjusted our spring tension, and installed a new opener (replaced old chain system with a damaged trolley with a new belt drive system). All the work was complete within two hours of him first arriving to inspect the door. The difference is night and day - our door now operates quietly and safely.
