The technician Dustin Edwards is very polite, respectful and expert and knowledgeable in his field of works. His customer service is above outstanding. I appreciate the Military discount, I expect at least 25-30% discount for military and Veterans who put their lives at very high risk for our freedom, but thank you for the discount, it helps.

At the end of March, I called Precision to open my detached garage after the power went out. I got an emergency latch installed in case this should occur again. Sure enough, it happened today and when I tried to unlock it, the lock would not turn. I was fortunate to get a technician come out the same day, James was able to install a new latch and get it open. Turns out the last one was not installed properly. Although it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to call back again, I was grateful it could be fixed today and that I was able to get my car out.

I called up precision door on Sunday morning. They were there at my house in 30 minutes. The technician solved the left field problem pretty quickly. Went on to clean up the sensors and make sure everything was good. No charge! It was a good day.
