The technician Dustin Edwards is very polite, respectful and expert and knowledgeable in his field of works. His customer service is above outstanding. At the end of March, I called Precision to open my detached garage after the power went out. I got an emergency latch installed in case this should occur again. Sure enough, it happened today and when I tried to unlock it, the lock would not turn. I was fortunate to get a technician come out the same day, James was able to install a new latch and get it open. Turns out the last one was not installed properly. Although it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to call back again, I was grateful it could be fixed today and that I was able to get my car out.

Diego called ahead to let me know he was running early. He showed up earlier than the appointment time which was great. He looked at my situation was very informative gave me my options and answered all my questions, he had my door working in minutes.
