I was charged $164.11 for 15minutes of general maintenance.......I believe this charge is over the top......This includes a senior discount of 10percent...... I asked the technician what he did for that amount of money......He told me he used lubricant and made a few minor adjustments.......He left the garage door open when he left.......I am not happy with this charge and have been a client now for many years.....Please clarify this charge and I am requesting a hard copy sent to my address......Remind the technician that he should be aware of closing the garage door upon his departure.... Mr. James Myer and Mr. Norby Abraham were here as a team, with Abraham shadowing Myer as a trainee. They were wearing protective masks and arrived in a timely manner, listened carefully to what I had to say to get to the root of the problem with our garage door, and quickly identified the source of the problem - a circuit breaker power loss that triggered the need to reprogram the driving chain unit at the main box. They were mindful of the work environment they found, resolved the issue, serviced the unit at no charge, furnished me with instructions on what to do to obviate future reoccurrences of such dysfunctions due to power losses, and left. The whole operation took perhaps less than fifteen minutes. Precision Door Services ought to be commended for their front line service personnel. Clearly, the team at my place was experienced, well trained, flawlessly well mannered, and left us eminently satisfied; our problems addressed for now and for the near future. It is indeed rare to find such seamlessly well-coordinated team effort driven toward customer satisfaction. In the end, it was just a door, a garage door at that. What I did not reveal to them and you at Precision is that the door malfunctioned in the heat of the night, leaving it unattended as I scrambled on the net to find instructions on how to put the garage door down manually, which meant a large cache of important and confidential forensic materials on my war crimes investigations was left utterly insecure. So, all is well now that ended so well. My grateful thanks to Mr Myer and Mr Abraham for their technical rescue.
