The next morning he called and said they had a cancelation and could install that afternoon. He did OK, but the nails. Even though I mentioned to Dustin and a little later my wife mentioned to him again to make sure he uses nails the same color as the strip, and he told us he will, he did not. For the big garage he used nails the same color as the strip (except one nail) but for the small garage he used white nails over a gray/brown strip. Now the nails are very visible and they do not look good. Unfortunately, we did not notice this issue till after he had left. I even gave him a $10 tip. So, I am not happy about that and his dis-honesty at all. Can the nails be replaced with the same color (as the strip) nails ?

Great team of professional staff. David installed the garage door to completion and explained everything to us. There were two other men that disassemble the broken door with great fines!
