I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Called on a Thursday & was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician, Josh phoned me & said he could be there an hour before my scheduled appointment., which was great! Once here Josh did a great job. He gave me a thorough run down on the price. He worked very efficiently & had my door ready in a little over an hour. I’m very happy with the new motor. My garage door now goes up & down smoothly with hardly any noise. I now have 2 new remotes & a keypad mounted outside. Josh also programmed my car to open the door as well. All and all a great experience :) I would totally recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Everything with the Precision Garage door company was excellent. They called before they were to arrive and showed up right when they said they would. They did a great job, our tech James was a very hard worker and he was very concerned with keeping everything germ free, due to the virus. We were very happy with a job well done. We will use them whenever we need garage door repair.

Way overpriced! DO NOT USE! Technician not honest about condition of the door and what needed to be repaired. I felt violated and taken advantage of by this company- the worst feeling when you are doing business with someone.

I’m reviewing this for my dad. Not sure exactly what was installed because I arrived late. I know Gabriel installed Bluetooth and I believe no longer need a roller for our garage. Gabriel was great. Very professional, quick, and helped with understanding the Bluetooth and keypad.

I so did not appreciate the hard sell of products and services I neither asked for or needed related to my garage door. I got a quote on the phone for simple maintenance, basically check parts and lube. I ended up paying over twice as much as quoted to pay for said service and overpriced rollers that I am not sure I even needed. I declined other suggested work the technician was strongly encouraging me to purchase. In tough times like we are experiencing right now it is very disappointing that a company would try to take advantage, guilt and gouge customers. " Broken Garage Door Spring Repair" as stated in the service field of this survey is not accurate. I gave one star for showing up on time.
