My garage door was repaired today by two of your employees with names of Hollis and Logan. They called me with a 30 minute notice of arrival time as promised and arrived precisely in the promised 30 minutes. The wore their masks all the time they were here and were nicely and cleanly dressed. The replacement of my damaged panel was quickly and professionally replaced. They discovered the windows had been installed incorrectly at the factory, which they quickly corrected and the panel was installed in minutes. They performed safety checks, lubricated the parts requiring lubrication, made some adjustments and even cleaned my existing panels. You should recognize them as excellent employees. Lee Herzog

The service technician Chasen Leone was extremely helpful. This guy was spot on with the install. He even showed up early and finished in about 30 min. He knows what he’s talking about and is genuine when it comes to telling you the pros and cons. I was certain I was going to get a ton of up-sales. Matt was amazing but the organization of the company is so screwed up I never received a return call from them so after 5 attempts I went with another company , which incidentally was $300 cheaper for same motor. Matt was awesome tho !!!
