Good technician Worked quicky and efficiently Pricing needs to be more transparent There was an extra $89.95 on my bill that was not discussed- also a random $15 charge too. There was another $100 for a bearing never mentioned when I called either.

Alfredo was very good but they sent him alone and we had the help him do the job to pull the springs to get them off. I think the fee was excessive for 4 springs especially since we had to help. Not happy about the charge.

Mario, the technician, called us while in route and arrived on time as scheduled. Wonderful fast service , i phoned Precision door service this morning , and was given a time slot from 2-4 p.m. , a short time later, i had a phone call to say, they could be at my house in 30 mins.. Greg was very professional, friendly , and with in 15 mins., i had my estimate to replace the inserts, on my garage door windows . I would recommend this company, for good fast service. Thank you. Matthew did not end up being the tech that came out. Henry was our tech. He was unfortunately in a situation not of his doing. He was courteous and professional and took care of us as was promised by Matthew. He attempted to contact his managers but had no luck contacting any of the three. I feel Henry delivered on excellent customer service and delivering on a promise given to us by Matthew.

Benjamin was fine and did a reasonable job. I think the replacement springs were overpriced. I looked online and they are much less expensive. Certainly makes me reconsider whether I will use you company in the future. Jim

Matt Gisbert suggested to replace the springs that was good condition. He reported it was broken. So he replaced the good springs and rollers which cost me $1095.00. Three days later the door operation was still bad. He even suggested to replace the vinyl trim that will cost me more than $200.00. This guy Matt fooled me. He only knows selling his products by telling lies that the door will operate properly. My son called the company and told the problem. They sent Alfredo Castro and did adjustment of the limit switch. My door problem was fixed. I don’t know if the adjustment was enough. I will let you guys know. Thanks.
