Henry explained the process, the 3 levels of warranty and the advantages of the 5 year and the lifetime one. We chose the lifetime one and he proceeded to replace springs, rollers, cable, and rubber sealer and rail on the bottom. He was efficient, courteous, careful and did the work in the super hot weather. I could not have asked for better garage door service. He was excellent!

The tension spring for my garage door broke and left my car a hostage in it's own garage. Called Precision and they set up Alfredo for an estimate between 12:00 Noon land 2:00pm Sunday September 4. Alfredo did an outstanding job in fixing my garage door spring. On time (actually early, called ahead at 10:30am, arrived at 11:00am), very knowledgable, efficient, thorough, and personable. Good dialogue on options to affect the repair, questions I had, and future options. All-in-all a good experience for a formidable problem.
