Mark was very responsive responding to our request for a custom wood garage door, answering questions and revising the sketch as our ideas evolved. Although "supply chain issues" caused the manufacture of the door to take about 3 months, Precision sends periodic "we haven't forgotten you" messages so you don't worry about whether they forgot you! We had coordinated with Mark to have the door panels delivered 5 days prior to installing to give me time to prepare and paint all sides of all panels. Rick was the lead installer, and his expertise was immediately apparent. He and Alfredo had all the right tools, and all the right parts, knew how everything went together, and worked efficiently. After the install, Rick spent time with us going over how to use and maintain the door, including the safety features. We are very happy with our new door, and highly recommend them

Precision garage door is a delight to work with. They were able to schedule me within a day or two of my call, they came out in a timely manner within the time frame window and James and his partner were knowledgeable and friendly. They did not try to sell me a very expensive brand new garage door opener like another company I will not mention, instead they were able to install a part that solved the problem perfectly. They are not inexpensive but I believe the work is quality and I will be using them for future repairs.
