We were very happy with Precision of San Diego from start to end. The salesrep,Mark, who came to our house to provide an estimate was extremely knowledgeable about the product options, came well prepared with samples, was friendly and engaging and we never felt pressured to move towards a specific product or up-sell. The price that was quoted was fair and reasonable (we got 3 other estimates) so we purchased a 16x7 and 8x7 set of doors. The installation was scheduled on the day that was originally estimated. Gabriel, the installer, notified us of his arrival time, showed up as promised, and worked steadily and professionally throughout the day. We never felt that he was cutting corners in order to finish earlier. He was friendly, attentive, and enjoyable to be around. All-in-all, we are very happy with the quality of the doors and our choice of Precision to do the work. Thanks!!

It wasn't broken door spring! The problem was the wall switch wiring and the switch was not mounted correctly to wall. Needed screw anchors in the dry wall to securely mount the switch. Tech adjusted wall switch wiring and added screw anchors in the dry wall. He said the wires were secured to tight.

Precision stands by their product. Had an issue (electrical or electronic) tried a couple logical steps to fix it, but not successful. They came back out and swapped out the head unit. Under warranty. Thanks for the service Precision! Dustin was Great!!

The garage door technician Mr. Bailey Eckl did a very thorough job of analyzing our door's problems. Our garage door light stayed on and would not go out and we had issues with our door opening. He determined that a new motherboard was indicated. He promptly ordered the part and a couple of days later he installed it. He also advised us that our rollers were very worn which they were and he replaced them. Our Garage door light works fine now and the door also works properly.
