James showed up on time and was very polite. Right away I could see that he had a great understanding on garage doors. He surveyed my two garage doors and quickly found the causes of our difficulties with opening and closing. Our home is only four years old, however he showed me that the heavy doors installed were stained and the stain was coming off on the side seals. We agreed on new springs and new seals. Once the original springs were removed he showed me how far degraded the springs were, thus causing the motor operator to overwork and sometimes fail in opening. James kept me updated on his progress, explained what was going each step of the way and once done, an operational test of the doors went from noisy door operation and motor operator strain to almost like the door was not moving. I am very pleased with James work, attitude and knowledge. My wife, once seeing my confidence and satisfaction wanted your information to share with friends and associates. Thank you very much to James and your company for the professional job that was completed.
