Hello, For clarification, we do not have a broken door spring. However, we did want to change the window inserts on our garage door. Diego arrived promptly on Monday, June 15 and we enjoyed a friendly experience with his information about our project. Diego told us that he would call us by end of Monday workday with information regarding availability of our desired product. When we didn't hear from Diego, we called the office and was assured we would be contacted soon. Since we have yet to hear from anyone from Precision, we are assuming that Diego has fallen deathly I'll or our project is too small for your company. First off, I was so surprised that someone answered the phone so early inn. Saturday. With that in mind, I was surprised that anyone was available for service on a Saturday at all. Called frantically because our garage door broke at 10 o clock at night, and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. Hello, I had two new garage doors installed. Tech was courteous and efficient and I am pleased with the doors. I paid in full for tinted glass with Arched Thames. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the Arched Thame inserts were missing and did not get installed. I will now have to contact customer service to find out where they are and when they will be installed. Thanks
