Greg was very nice and informative. It seemed like estimate took a little longer with the price calculation than expected. The price was way more than I expected. I only paid $600 for the whole door with installation 18 years ago. I realize prices have increased dramatically since then but I only need the door replaced I don’t see how the labor could be more than $300? For the door itself can’t be more than $1,200 I’m guessing so I don’t understand the estimate of $1,975.

Percision was the best price they were quick when they installed they were clean neat they cleaned up and cleaned they showed me how to use everything. Mr Jasso installed my New Grarge door yesterday. He informed my wife while I was at work of the insulated strip having a gap when the door closed. I looked at the door this morning and I’m not pleased with the space that is underneath the strip. Mr Jasso informed my wife the weather strip was this way due to ship and packaging. We have paid over $1,800 for a new doo and we were expecting better service than what we received. I’m requesting a new rubber strip underneath my garage door to prevent critters from entering my garage. This was the whole purpose of the purchase. I talked to a representative this morning and requested to speak to a manager. I was informed a manager would contact me but I haven’t heard from any one yet 619-490-0884. Please call so we can resolve the matter

I had the garage door completely replaced. Hollis arrived on time, with advanced notice. Professional, efficient, competent, but the install took MUCH longer than I had anticipated. Apparently, longer than he expected, as well. There was a problem, but he eventually completed the installation. Showed me how to use it. Done. (If it sounds like I am disgruntled, it's because my HOA required me to replace a working, presentable garage door. So it's not you.....)
