Josh was an amazing technician. • First, he explained to me that the blinking overhead light was an indication that power had been interrupted, and that sudden interruption was very detrimental to the unit. With that pitch, he up-sold me and installed a battery back-up so that that problem would not happen again. • Next he noticed and pointed out to me that my rollers were shot. He explained that this added extra load on the opener unit and was detrimental to its expected life. Again, I don’t know if what he said was actually true, but I was convinced to buy new rollers. • Finally, he said something about the attachment bracket to the door was weak and should be replaced. Once again, I went along with what he said and had him replace the bracket. Not only was he an amazing technician, he was a natural salesman. But here is where Josh let me down! I specifically asked him if I would get a receipt for my records for the purchases I made. He assured me that a receipt would be mailed to me. I never got it. I got this request to give feedback on the service, but I never got my receipt. Please have someone send me a receipt for my records. One more thing about your website. You ask customers supplying feedback to supply a Product Sold. None of the choices completely fit for me. The closest was “Rollers”, but that only one of the items I wanted to address. I suggest you add another choice such as “Other” so customers can focus on things that are on their mind. Ross Buck

Josh did a great job. He reset the garage door opener which was opening and closing by itself after a power outage. He installed a surge protector for the opener. The garage door opener has been behaving ever since.
